Custom Forms
Hire a Smart 1 to insert a Custom Form to your website. This could be any sort of form you may need done such as Submission forms or Contest forms. The form can have up to 20 fields of your choice.
We will:
- Create the form with the given information
- Add email Notifications for when the form is submitted
- Create a Thank you popup once viewer submits the form / take viewer to
another page once form is completed. (if specified)
Prerequisites:
You will need to have the form fields planned out and organized. You will also need to have the URL for where you would like the form to be placed, as well as an email address if Email Notifications are enabled. If a Custom Thank You message is wanted, details for that are to be given.
Additional field may cost extra.
Once your transaction is processed, you'll receive 2 emails from us. The first is your transaction receipt confirming your order. The second email will contain your next steps and will lay out what we need form you in order to get the work done.
