Here is where you enter the page title that will be visible when someone searches on Google.

You can see it's green. Green means that it's an optimal length.

If you go above that some more, it will go to red. That just means that it will be cut here from search results.

It can be in orange but you need to be in the green zone.

It's nice to be there because you can add more information for your users once they start searching for you.

And adding it to the sitemap means that Google will actually crawl the website. It will index all the new information on it and will help with your overall ranking.

So if you build a new page that is not ready, I suggest that you have it ticked out.

And tick it in once you are ready with the page to be public and visible for Google.
